Exercising outdoors is challenging, saves time, and studies are finding that it can actually make you feel better. Early humans had little alternative to outdoor exercise and this in conjuction with the basic movement patterns they relied on to survive will help you to achieve the functional strength and flexibility that are important for a good and health lifestyle.
I have long experience in endurance activites, ultra marathons, cycling and swimming.
I can also advise on exercise to enhance your recovery from an injury, operation or accident and can guide you in the right direction for a full recovery. It was the experiences in my recovery from serious climbing accident that prompted me to become a personal trainer to enable me to use my experience to help others becoming fitter and healthier.
