Group Circuits
Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.
Get away from crowded indoor sessions with these outdoor session in a small group, where technique and form can be closely monitored.

30 min session on Mondays at 12:15.
45 min session on Wednesday evenings at 18:00.
The sessions are all over body conditioning workouts, consisting of:
The exercise stations work on strength, agility and balance, flexibility, and the cardiovascular system. The exercises change each session. All equipment is provided, just bring something to wear to exercise in and your enthusiasm.
Sessions can be booked in advance by emailing me at the address below, or just drop in on the day.
Changing and shower facilities are available at the Tennis Centre.
Monday 30 min
At 12:15 on Fridays, this 30 minute session is great for those people who cannot make it to the Wednesday evening session or who want a break from work to reinvigorate themselves for the afternoon.
Monday lunchtime sessions are not run on bank holidays.
The lunchtime sessions are 2 circuits around the exercise stations.
An excellent way to blow away weeks frustrations with some fresh air exercise.
Wednesday 45 min
At 18:00 on Wednesdays, I hold a 45 minute circuit training session on the outdoor courts of the Delta Tennis Centre. The sessions will take place irrespective of the weather and are lit outside Brithish Summer Time..
This will usually consist of 3 circuits of the exercise stations.
An ideal an end of the day session to relieve those work induced stresses.
